I’m an Arizona native, a second-generation community college grad with an undergrad in Accounting and an MBA, and a firm believer that business only works when it works for people. For 17 years, since 2009, I have been the "connective tissue" within the Maricopa County Community College District (MCC, DO ITS, GWCC, & GCC). I’ve navigated the high-stakes intersection of $100M+ budgets, position management, talent acquisition, enterprise IT systems, transformations, and human-centered policy.
Executive Talent & Recruitment: I build the teams that drive the mission. With extensive experience leading consulting contracts for professional services and executive hiring committees, and consultant 1099s. I provide the recruitment consulting and assessments necessary to find high-impact leaders.
The Educator & Speaker: I don't just manage; I mentor, facilitate, and develop workshops and leadership development programs. Whether in the classroom or at the podium before the Governing Board, I translate complex data into compelling narratives that energize and educate diverse audiences.
The Advocate: As a Tri-Chair for the Shared Governance Committee, co-Chair of the Policy Committee, and a member of the Institutional Resource Planning Committee, Staff Senate, and VP of Ability Maricopa, I champion people, universal design, and digital equity.
